    Registration Instructions

    Camper Registration Forms and Additional Camper Forms [Camper Medical Forms (complete on-line, receive pdf copy via email, print to take to Doctor), Camper Information Forms, & Camper Code of Conduct Forms] are to be completed through our on-line system. Your secure personal user account will save paper, improve efficiency, and simplify your yearly application and registration processes so each year you only have to add new or different information from previous years!

    Please complete your On-line Forms and fax, email, or mail your signed Camper Medical Form to the Summer Office by JUNE 1st. Campers without all forms completed will not be allowed to board the buses.
