Register Now for Summer 2010
Register for summer 2010 at Camp BB Riback. Click on the link below to download a 2010 Camper registration form. Print out the form and please make sure to enter all of your information including the camper's health care number and the Parent's or Guardian's Signature. Mail your completed registration form along with a $500 non-refundable deposit to the Camp office at 1607 - 90th Avenue S.W. Calgary, AB T2V 4V7. You can also fax in your Registration Form to (403) 252-2127.
Camp Fees can be paid in Canadian funds by Cheque, MasterCard or Visa. Make cheques payable to 'Camp BB-Riback'. All Fees must be paid in full by May 31, 2010. If you have any questions, please contact the Camp office at (403) 252-2267 or call toll free at 1-800-267-2267. Registration cannot be accepted without a non-refundable deposit, even if financial assistance is being requested. Acceptance is not official until written confirmation has been received from Camp BB Riback.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS
New This Year! Send in your 2010 Camper Registration form by December 31, 2009 accompanied by a $500 non-refundable deposit (per child) and receive a 6% discount off of your total camp fees (per family). If you send in your Camper Registration form along with your $500 non-refundable deposit after December 31, 2009 and no later than February 28, 2010 you will receive a 3% discount off of your total camp fees (per family).

CANCELLATION / REFUNDS
Cancellations due to medical reasons prior to the Camp Session will receive a full refund upon receipt of the medical certification. If a camper is sent home due to medical reasons, there will be a refund of the portion of the camp fee based on the number of days left in the session. There are no refunds for campers arriving late or leaving early. In the event that a camper is sent home due to non-compliance with camp rules there will be no refund in whole or part.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation will be provided to Camp from the Edmonton Jewish Community Centre and the Calgary Beth Tzedec Synagogue. Campers may also be dropped off/picked up at Camp. Arrangements must be made with the camp office prior to the session. Campers who are arriving by air from out of province will receive transportation from the Calgary airport.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Funds for scholarships are available through the Jewish Federation of Edmonton, Calgary Jewish Community Council, Calgary B'nai B'rith Lodge, Riback Bursary for Youth Camp, the Bill Meloff Scholarship Fund, and private donations. If you require financial assistance, complete the application form and send along with deposit to the Camp Office. Once you receive confirmation of registration, contact Jewish Family Services in Edmonton or Calgary and apply in full confidence. All scholarship requests are administered solely by Jewish Family Services, and all scholarship information is kept strictly confidential.
